AV Provided for your Presentation

To ensure that the programme runs smoothly, all speakers are requested to upload their presentations prior the conference begins. Each presenting author received an email from M-events Cross Media GmbH (phone: +49 89 189659322, http://www.m-events.com) containing all detailed information including upload-link, log-in data, upload guide, etc. on Monday 29th April 2013. In case you did not receive this email, please contact wop2013@m-events.com to request it (please indicate the full details of your presentation).

Presentations should be uploaded in advance so that the format can be checked by M-events; if this should not be possible, the presentations can be uploaded on-site in the Speakers' check-in located in Hall B0 (ground level next to the ICM). Every Speaker should, however, be informed that if she/he does not upload her/his presentation in advance there is no guarantee that the presentation can be checked concerning the technical compatibilty.

Other format than MS-PowerPoint will be converted. Own laptops cannot be used. Videos are supported. Please note that all files will be destroyed after the conference.
